Processing Times

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

We do not ship to international locations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow up to 48 hours beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us.
  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately—changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
